Free returns within 30 days on unopened, unused Éminence Organics products, and on anything damaged or faulty. Refunded in full at our Downtown Toronto clinic.
Returns are free at Luxury Glow Clinic, whether you collected your order or had it shipped. You have 30 days to return any retail product and we refund it in full — no restocking fee, no handling charge, and no postage to pay on a returned parcel.
For a change of mind a product must be unopened and unused, with its original seal and packaging intact — skincare is sealed for hygiene and an opened jar or bottle cannot be resold. If a product is damaged, faulty or is not the item you ordered, we will refund or replace it whether or not it has been opened, and the original shipping charge is refunded too.
If you collected your order, bring it to the clinic with your confirmation email and we refund it in cash at the counter during that visit. If your order was shipped, a prepaid return label is already in the box: repack the product, attach the label and drop the parcel off. Shipped orders are refunded by the same method you paid, within 10 days of the return reaching us. The HST charged on the original purchase is refunded either way.
This policy is what we offer voluntarily. It is in addition to, and does not limit or waive, your rights under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and other applicable Canadian consumer protection law, including your rights where goods are defective or not as described.
